Mr. Benny Skiles, age 87 of Harriman passed away Tuesday April 1, 2025, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was an avid Turkey and Deer Hunter and well as a Golfer. Benny taught hunter safety for more than 25 years. He was very instrumental in NWTF in the State of Tennessee and was a member of the Tennessee Turkey Hunting Hall of Fame. Benny also coached little league and Babe Ruthe baseball for many years. He was a big VOLS and Boston Red Sox fan.

He is preceded in death by his father: Leslie Skiles.

Mother: Bobbie Skiles Davis

Stepdad: Calvin Davis.

Sister: Barara Jackson.

He is survived by his wife 68 years: Shelby Skiles.

Son & daughter-in-law: Greg & Linda Skiles.

Brother: Curtis & wife Millie Skiles.

Sister: Dorlene & husband Darwin Davis.

Brother-in-law: Jackie Jackson.

Three grandsons and six great grandchildren.

As well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday April 4, 2025, at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM Bro Ronnie Nickels. Graveside services will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood.
