Chane Douglas Goldston

November 13, 1942 — May 14, 2026

South Harriman

Chane Douglas Goldston, a proud graduate of South Harriman High School and life-long member of South Harriman Baptist Church passed away May 15, 2026 leaving behind a legacy of love, hard work, and dedicated service.

Chane honorably served his country in the United States Navy, serving aboard the USS Ticonderoga. Following his military service, he worked at Tennessee Forging Steel, Union Carbide, Boeing Aircraft, and Babcock & Wilcox.


He is proceeded in death by his daughter: Robin Lee Goldston.

Parents: Jack & Rachel Goldson.

Brother: Blake Goldston.

Sister: Judy Goldston Adcox.

Two sisters-in-law: Doris Goldston and June Goldston.

Nephew: Richie Adcox.


Chane shared 58 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Brenda King Goldston.

Two sons & daughters-in-law: Chad & Billie Goldston and Casey & Kimberly Goldston.

Brothers & sister-in-law: Steve Goldston and Keith & Wendy Goldston.

He also leaves behind his grandson Chane Goldston, granddaughter Haley Phillips & her husband Augustine, grandson Connor Goldston & his wife Hannah, along with great-grandson Rustyn, and grandson Colby GoldstonAnd many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.


The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 11:00 AM to 1:00 P.M. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor James Griffis officiating. Graveside service will follow in Kingston Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
