Dorothy Lorene Moore

Mrs. Dorothy Brown Moore, age 77 of Harriman, passed away Friday September 9, 2011 at Roane Medical Center in Harriman. She was a member of Emory Heights Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: John Moore, Jr. Great grandson: Brian Christopher Peters. Great granddaughter: Ariel Rayne Harvey. Parents: Elmer Lee and Carrie Phillips Brown. She is survived by son: Mark Peters. Daughter: Teresa Harvey. Brother: Allen Brown Two sisters: Mary Robb and Nancy Howard. Six grandchildren: Mark A. Peters, Matthew Peters, Marcell Peters, Aalyah Peters, Joshua Harvey and Joey Harvey Four great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Family and friends will receive friends Wednesday September 14, 2011 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. Wayne Nelson officiating. Interment will follow in the Emory Heights Cemetery.
