Eugene Everhart

Mr. Eugene "Sonnie" Everhart, Jr, age 85, of Harriman, Friday November 14, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. He attended Caney Ford Baptist Church. Sonnie served in the US Army and retired from the Department of Energy in Oak Ridge. He was an avid golfer.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Eugen Sr., & Bonnie Everhart.

Brother: Donald Everhart.

Sister: Dorthy McKinney.

He is survived by his wife: Fannie Newby Everhart.

Son: Eric Eugene Everhart and wife Jill.

Two daughters: Micky Byrge and husband Randy, and Valerie Busdeker and husband Chad.

Four grandchildren: Eli Everhart, Morgan Boyatt and husband Matt, Caleb Busdeker, and Connor Busdeker.

Two great grandchildren: Cali Boyatt and Chase Boyatt.

And many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Eugene wishes were to be cremated, and the family will have a service at a later date.
