Mr. Eugene B. Wood, Sr., age 76 of Harriman, formerly of Atlanta, passed away Sunday March 29, 2015 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He retired from Y-12 in Oak Ridge as a pipefitter.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Carl and Genevieve Wood.
And one son: Eugene B. Wood, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years: Imogene Hansard Wood.
One daughter: Amanda Wood (Tom Snow).
One son: Richard Wood (Denise Boles).
Two granddaughters: Richaleen Otwell (William Pugh) and Selena Wood.
Four great grandchildren: Savanah, Hayden, Bella Rose and Zoey.
One brother: Carl Wood, Jr.
One sister: GiGi Gladden (Tommy)
And several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
