James Allen Godsey

Mr. James Allen "Buddy" Godsey, age 69 of Rockwood, passed away on November 17, 2016 at Roane Medical Center. James owned and operated Buddy Taxi for several years and love UT football. He is preceded in death by his parents: Arthur and Anna Godsey.

He is survived by his wife: Vivian Plemons Godsey. Three sons: Steve Godsey Sr, Scott Godsey Sr., and Tommy Northern. One daughter: Linda Barron. Grandchildren he raised: Steve Godsey Jr, Brenda Webb and Natalie Thompson. Brother: Carlos Godsey. Sister: Barbara Porter. 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. And many friends and loved ones.

The family will receive friends Monday November 21, 2016 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman.
