Mr. James E. Russell, age 41 of Harriman passed away Saturday February 18, 2012 at Roane Medical Center in Harriman. He was preceded in death by his father: James E. Russell. And one granddaughter: Aundrea Russell. He is survived by his wife: Shirley Daugherty Russell. One son: Joshua Russell. One daughter: Amy Russell. His mother: Shirley Cunningham Russell. Two sisters: Donna and Darlene Russell. And two brothers: Eddie and Kenny Cunningham. Services will be announced as soon as they become available.
