Janet Leigh Stone

Ms. Janet Leigh "Jan" Stone, age 61 of Wartburg, formerly of New Port Richy, Florida, passed away Sunday May 3, 2026, at her home. She attended Remington College in Tampa. Jan loved her animals, she was especially fond of her Pug, Clancy.

She was preceded in death by her father: Robert Paul Stone.

And her mother: Pauline Laura Scales.

She is survived by two sisters: Judith Stone Young of Wartburg, and Gladys Stone Whitener of Ooltewah.

A special niece and nephew: Kathie Coreano of New Port Richie, FL, and Marty Fletcher of Tooele, Utah.

Along with a host of other nieces, nephews, family, friends, and loved ones.

The family will gather Sunday May 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the East Lake Park (Duck Pond), 3000 East 34th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37407.
