Mr. Jimmy Chesser, 72 of Harriman passed away Thursday December 3, 2020 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was a devoted member of Emory Gap Missionary Baptist Church for many years. Jimmie loved to work out and lift wights.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Wanda Chesser.

Parents: John & Dorthey Chesser.

Six brothers and sisters.

He is survived by three sons and daughter-in-law: Jimmy Jr Chesser, Mark & Jill Chesser, and Timmy Chesser.

Daughter: Ava Kenney.

Brother: Joe Chesser.

Seven grandchildren: Mark Jr, Andrew, Kayla, Zeth, Chasity, Tyler, and Dylinger.

Two great granddaughters: Brenleigh and Bayleigh.

The family will receive friends Sunday December 6, 2020 at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM with Pastor Robert Laymance officiating. Graveside services will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery in Midtown.
