Mr. Joe McGinnis, age 78 of Rockwood passed away Thursday October 31, 2014 at Roane Medical Center. He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Sybil Rose McGinnis. Two brothers: Frank McGinnis of Indiana and Mike McGinnis of Michigan. As well as a host of nieces, nephews and other family, friends and loved ones. A private memorial service was held.
