Mary Ellen Coffey

Mrs. Mary Ellen Coffey, age 54 of the Ozone community, formerly of Harriman, went home to be with the Lord Friday May 19, 2017. Mary was a beloved wife, mother and Mamaw. She was a member of Big Emory Baptist Church. Mary lived her life full of love that shined through her contagious smile and warm spirit.
She was preceded in death by her mother: Virginia "Jenny" Webb.
Her father: Bobby Hugh Webb.
One son: Robert Allen Webb.
And her sister: Donna Webb.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years: Stanley Coffey.
One son: David Coffey.
Two daughters and a son-in-law: Debra and Rodney Poland and Felicia Hatfield.
Four grandchildren: Lucas Poland, Kaytlynn Coffey, Mason and Shelby Hatfield.
One brother and sister-in-law: Charlie and Darlene Webb.
And one very special cousin that was more like a sister: Charlotte Thomas.
The family will receive friends Sunday May 21, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Big Emory Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. David Harmon officiating. Family and friends will meet Monday at 12:00 PM at Mill Stone Cemetery for interment.
