Wallace Ronnie Morgan

Mr. Wallace Morgan of Oakdale, better known as "Cotton," went home to be with Jesus on June 3, 2026, at Parkwest Medical Center. He accepted Christ as his Saviour on February 26, 1995. He was a member of Mossy Grove Baptist Church.

Cotton was a friend's friend. He never met a stranger and could talk to anyone, which he usually did. He was known for his sense of humor, laughter, and constant smile. He loved to help people and spent a lot of time on his lawn mower doing just that. He would do anything to help anyone at any time.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years: Bobbie Morgan.

His son: Donnie Morgan and wife Barbara of Kingston, Tennessee.

His daughter: Misty Morgan of Wartburg, Tennessee.

Granddaughter: Ashley Morgan of Harriman, Tennessee.

Grandson: Dalton "Kody" Morgan and wife Miriam of Hanford, California.

Brothers: Jackie Morgan and wife Linda of Mossy Grove and James Lyles of Mossy Grove.

The family will receive friends Saturday June 6, 2026, at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with Bro. Jim Disney officiating. Graveside services will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood. 

Cotton wasn't a flower lover so in lieu of flowers please bring an index card with a brief note as to how you met and knew Cotton. Index cards will be provided if needed.
