Walter Donnie Greene

Mr. Walter Donnie Greene, Sr., age 61 of Harriman, passed away Friday May 27, 2011 at UT Medical Center in Knoxville. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was preceded in death by his parents: William & Sarah Greene. He is survived by two sons: Walter Greene Jr. of Harriman. And Robert "Bobby" Greene of Florida. Three brothers: William Greene of Rockwood, George Greene of Kingston and James Greene of Knoxville. Three sisters: Ella Hensley of Harriman, Rebecca Reed of Crossville and Carla Collins of Rockwood. One grandson: Kristian John. And a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1:30 PM Wednesday June 1, 2011 at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 PM in the Emory Heights Cemetery with Rev. JW Wise officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent the Davis Funeral Home.
