Mrs. Alvertie Jane Davis, age 74 of Braidwood, IL, went home to be with her Lord after many years of service. She passed away at her home, surrounded by her family, after a long hard battle. She was born at home in Fordtown, Tennessee on July 28, 1946. Jane was loved by all who really knew her, and her native Tennessee accent could be heard by anyone who took the time to chat.

Two sisters: Minnie Bell Dorn and Mae Zella Lazenby.

And one brother: Clifford Cleo Page.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years: Kyle L. “Bucky” Davis.

Two daughters and son-in-law: Rhonda and Andrew Camacho, and Pamela J. “Pammie” Davis.

Two sisters: Betty Lucille Cleveland and Linda Lane.

Several nieces and nephews, many members of her Tennessee Davis family, and her special friend and prayer warrior Becky Davis.
