James Ellis Lowery

Mr. James ‘Jimmy’ Ellis Lowery, age 62 of Harriman passed away unexpectedly February 12, 2021 at his home.  He was of Baptist faith.  Jimmy worked construction for many years.  He loved fishing.

He was predeceased by his parents: Herman ‘Hump’ & Vivian Bullard Lowery.

Grandparents: James Elmer & Fairl Bice Lowery and Dock Ellis & Helen Ruth Robinson Bullard.

He is survived by his son & daughter-in-law: James Henry & Miranda Lowery.

Stepson: Travis Wayne & wife Cassie Wright.

Grandchildren: Hayden Hughes, Bryson and Makayla Williams, Kaleb and Adelyn Lowery, Travis Wright Jr., and Trenton Wright.

Three brothers: Carl Ed ‘Big John’ Lowery, Rickie Lynn Lowery, and Jerry Wade ‘Wormy’ Lowery.

Sister: Evelyn ‘Sissy’ Davidson.

And many uncles, aunt, cousin, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Monday February 15 at Davis Funeral Home in Harriman from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  Graveside service will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood with Bro. Randy Griffis officiating.
